Administrador de Inventario TI

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead warehouse personnel responsible for IT equipment.
• Supervise all warehouse activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and prevent malpractice.
• Initiate purchase requests for required equipment and coordinate delivery dates with suppliers.
• Maintain optimal stock levels of equipment, spare parts, and supplies to ensure continuous IT Engineering operations.
• Implement effective storage and handling methods, such as FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Coordinate asset inventories and participate in special IT Engineering projects.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in IT inventory administration and management.
• Proficiency in identifying computer and electronic components.
• Experience in supplier relations and vendor management.
• Ability to operate forklifts.
• Knowledge of industrial safety and quality standards.
• Understanding of accounting terms and inventory control audits.
• Proficiency in packaging techniques and merchandise control.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement systems and space administration techniques.
