Administrador de Flota Service Plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on administrative requirements through SAP, including new part creation, cost updates, and quoting.
• Approve workshop orders and requests to ensure accurate billing via Accounts Payable.
• Monitor credit lines and accounting information in conjunction with Accounts Receivable to consolidate financial results.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers and follow up on service payments from the distributor network.
• Develop material planning and inventory management for each workshop in coordination with the Service Plus Coordinator.
• Implement solutions to update system templates for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Standardize workshop operations across various modalities, including Cost/Kilometer, Fixed Fee, and Flexible models.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality certifications, and local/international regulations such as the FCPA.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar administrative or fleet management roles.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Planner.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
