About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage 360° operations of the plaza, including maintenance, cleaning, security, parking, and customer experience.
  • Meet operational and financial goals, managing expenses vs. budget, EBITDA/NOI, and alternative income streams.
  • Oversee facility maintenance (HVAC, electrical, hydraulic) and implement preventive/corrective plans.
  • Manage collections and ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
  • Lead administrative and operational teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Negotiate with vendors, control contracts, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Drive foot traffic through local actions in coordination with Marketing and Commercial teams.
  • Provide executive reporting on KPIs, including attendance, incidents, and CAPEX/OPEX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or a related field (must be graduated).
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative leadership roles (Coordinator, Head, or Manager).
  • Experience in shopping centers, hospitality, retail, or real estate is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in interpreting financial statements, budgeting, and monthly closing.
  • Proven experience in personnel and vendor management.
  • Availability to work weekends (1 out of every 3) and be on-call for operational needs.
  • Must reside in Ixtapaluca or surrounding municipalities.
