Admin Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and managing talent pipelines.
• Manage venue scheduling to ensure all departments are appropriately staffed for every event.
• Process and maintain payroll records, ensuring all hours worked are accurately submitted into the system.
• Coordinate venue logistics such as issuing credentials, ordering business cards, and managing gear fulfillment.
• Maintain essential record-keeping, including incident reports and workman's compensation claims.
• Partner with venue leadership and marketing to create recruitment campaigns and participate in local job fairs.

Requirements

• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Proficiency with Workday or other HRIS platforms.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Ability to travel within the immediate market for recruitment and marketing events.
• Understanding of general Human Resources and recruiting practices.
