About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office workflows, records management, and resource utilization.
  • Lead and manage administrative teams to ensure high productivity and effective delegation.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of classrooms, meeting spaces, and institutional resources.
  • Plan and execute institutional events, conferences, and official college functions.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between students, faculty, and administrative departments.
  • Maintain accurate administrative, financial, and academic records through secure storage and digitization.
  • Support government relations by coordinating with regulatory authorities and preparing required documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of administrative or managerial experience, specifically within an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative systems, office software, and digital tools.
  • Proven experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with higher education accreditation standards and compliance processes.
