About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Supervise and train administrative staff while managing budgets and cost-saving opportunities
- Execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms like Snapchat and TikTok
- Handle parent communication via ClassDojo and provide warm welcomes to visitors
- Oversee operational safety, including fire safety protocols and weather monitoring for children's play
- Manage staff attendance, work checklists, and maintain a pool of candidate coverage
- Ensure timely fee payments and manage nursery invoicing
Requirements
- Must be a Saudi citizen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
