About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities and liaise with vendors and government bodies for utility operations
- Organize travel logistics and daily cab arrangements for staff
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, office supplies, and IT asset records
- Conduct bi-weekly site visits to monitor operations and address staff concerns
- Prepare purchase orders in D365 and certify subcontractor bills
- Support senior management with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects
- Assist with HR engagement activities and onboarding checklists
Requirements
- Any Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
- 1-7 years of administrative experience
- Experience in Industrial, PMC, or EPC projects is an advantage
