About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities and liaise with vendors and government bodies to ensure smooth utility operations
- Organize travel logistics for internal employees and manage daily cab deployments and routes
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and IT asset records
- Conduct bi-weekly site visits to monitor operations and address staff concerns
- Prepare purchase orders in D365 and certify subcontractor bills for administration and travel expenses
- Provide administrative support to senior management and assist with HR onboarding and engagement activities
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- 1-7 years of experience in administrative roles
- Experience working within Industrial, PMC, or EPC project environments is a significant advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
