About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage office facilities and liaise with vendors and government bodies to ensure smooth utility operations
  • Organize travel logistics for internal employees and manage daily cab deployments and routes
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and IT asset records
  • Conduct bi-weekly site visits to monitor operations and address staff concerns
  • Prepare purchase orders in D365 and certify subcontractor bills for administration and travel expenses
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and assist with HR onboarding and engagement activities

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • 1-7 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Experience working within Industrial, PMC, or EPC project environments is a significant advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
