About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception and front-desk duties, including attending calls and greeting visitors
  • Prepare and send invoices, manage couriers, and handle filing documentation
  • Oversee bank deposits, cheque handling, and various office banking tasks
  • Maintain office supplies, records, and organized filing systems
  • Assist management with scheduling, coordination, and professional correspondence
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and professional upkeep of the premises

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within the UAE
  • Proficient in MS Office and general office management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be currently based in Dubai
  • Female candidates preferred
  • Note: Only vegetarian food is permitted inside the office premises

Benefits

  • Salary: 2,500 – 3,500 AED per month
  • Employment visa provided
  • 30 days paid annual leave
