About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage reception and front-desk duties, including attending calls and greeting visitors
- Prepare and send invoices, manage couriers, and handle filing documentation
- Oversee bank deposits, cheque handling, and various office banking tasks
- Maintain office supplies, records, and organized filing systems
- Assist management with scheduling, coordination, and professional correspondence
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and professional upkeep of the premises
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within the UAE
- Proficient in MS Office and general office management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be currently based in Dubai
- Female candidates preferred
- Note: Only vegetarian food is permitted inside the office premises
Benefits
- Salary: 2,500 – 3,500 AED per month
- Employment visa provided
- 30 days paid annual leave
