About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
- Help with onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior HR experience is considered a plus
