About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative tasks across departments to ensure alignment and deadline adherence
- Support marketing efforts by ensuring brand alignment and team coordination
- Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks using Zoho Books
- Manage task workflows and project timelines through Zoho Projects
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth task management and delivery
- Adapt to flexible working hours during peak event seasons
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and currently based in the UAE
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within the events or marketing sectors
- Proficiency with the Zoho One suite, specifically Zoho Books and Zoho Projects
- Basic accounting skills for accurate data entry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle changing priorities
