About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative tasks across departments to ensure alignment and deadline adherence

  • Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks using Zoho Books
  • Manage task workflows and project timelines through Zoho Projects
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth task management and delivery
  • Adapt to flexible working hours during peak event seasons

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and currently based in the UAE
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within the events or marketing sectors
  • Proficiency with the Zoho One suite, specifically Zoho Books and Zoho Projects
  • Basic accounting skills for accurate data entry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle changing priorities
