Responsibilities

  • Perform staff support activities necessary for the development, implementation, and administration of the department
  • Review documents and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Manage various administrative duties including filing, photocopying, document preparation, and mail distribution
  • Create, track, and maintain electronic and hard copy records for auditing purposes
  • Coordinate communications by answering calls, managing messages, and scheduling appointments
  • Operate office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, and printers
  • Support specialized assignments in areas such as billing, human resources, sales, finance, or marketing as needed
