About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts in line with company policies and industry standards
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors regarding contractual obligations
- Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored
- Support negotiations and assist in resolving contract-related issues
- Maintain and update contract management systems and software
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on contract status
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a contracts administrator, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of standard forms of contract
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- For Arabic speakers, a good command of English is required
