Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts in line with company policies and industry standards
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors regarding contractual obligations
  • Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored
  • Support negotiations and assist in resolving contract-related issues
  • Maintain and update contract management systems and software
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on contract status

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a contracts administrator, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of standard forms of contract
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
  • For Arabic speakers, a good command of English is required
