About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate lobby operations by acting as the central communication point between Doormen, Porters, Reception, and Raffles Butlers
  • Manage detailed guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS) to record preferences and cultural sensitivities
  • Oversee the pre-arrival email cycle and maintain correspondence with guests and travel agents
  • Handle administrative logistics including mail distribution, courier services, and the digital information directory
  • Perform regular inventory and stock control for lobby supplies and guest amenities
  • Support service recovery by logging guest feedback and tracking corrective actions to uphold brand standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a luxury hotel front office or guest relations role
  • Mandatory experience in a hotel pre-opening environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Strong project coordination, scheduling, and document control skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and professional poise
