About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide general office day-to-day administration and act as a backup for the receptionist.
- Create reports and documentation to support local and global operations for departments including Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and Legal.
- Support regional HR and local Site heads by handling contracts and documentation for new, current, and departing employees.
- Manage incoming invoices and coordinate with the accounting department.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new employees.
- Implement local and global policies and initiatives across all departments.
- Coordinate Business Continuity Plans and fulfill local legal requirements for Workplace Safety.
- Manage vendors, landlord relationships, mobile equipment purchasing, and car fleet management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or secretarial experience.
- IT literate with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Croatian.
- Ability to work full-time as an office-based employee in Zagreb.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
