About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to Directors and C-level leadership
- Manage complex calendars and diaries for senior leadership
- Coordinate meetings with internal departments and external government-level stakeholders
- Draft professional correspondence in English
- Manage document control, filing systems, and reporting support
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics as required
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive documentation and protocols
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives or an Executive Office
- Mandatory Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or Management)
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in protocol-driven or confidential environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Knowledge of government etiquette and protocol awareness
- Experience coordinating with high-level government stakeholders
