About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to Directors and C-level leadership
  • Manage complex calendars and diaries for senior leadership
  • Coordinate meetings with internal departments and external government-level stakeholders
  • Draft professional correspondence in English
  • Manage document control, filing systems, and reporting support
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics as required
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive documentation and protocols

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives or an Executive Office
  • Mandatory Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or Management)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in protocol-driven or confidential environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Arabic
  • Knowledge of government etiquette and protocol awareness
  • Experience coordinating with high-level government stakeholders
