About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling classes and maintaining attendance records
- Coordinate communication between trainers, students, and management
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other training events
- Maintain and update student and course records accurately
- Handle inquiries from prospective and current students professionally and promptly
- Prepare reports and documentation related to training activities
- Support the management team with general office administration tasks
Requirements
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or education
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant in a training institute, college, or educational environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
