About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guests professionally and handle course inquiries via phone or in-person.
  • Provide administrative support to management and coordinate meetings or events.
  • Manage courier requests, certificate collections, and internal filing systems.
  • Maintain detailed internal databases and customer records.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Arrange training sessions and execute administrative processes in line with company standards.
  • Assist other departments with document preparation, data analysis, and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
