About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guests professionally and handle course inquiries via phone or in-person.
- Provide administrative support to management and coordinate meetings or events.
- Manage courier requests, certificate collections, and internal filing systems.
- Maintain detailed internal databases and customer records.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Arrange training sessions and execute administrative processes in line with company standards.
- Assist other departments with document preparation, data analysis, and project coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
