About the role

Responsibilities

  • Teach the first-year electric circuits lab course (EECE2015)
  • Attend all scheduled lab sessions and deliver weekly lectures

  • Hold regular office hours to support student learning
  • Supervise and interact with teaching assistants
  • Upload and maintain course materials on the D2L platform
  • Communicate course progress regularly with the department chair

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field
  • Twelve years of college-level teaching experience
  • Deep expertise in Electrical Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced mastery of electrical engineering concepts and experimental skills
  • Experience with circuit design and theoretical circuit knowledge
  • Proficiency in operating various measurement instruments for circuits
  • Expertise in transformers, digital logic, and digital/analog circuit design
