About the role
Responsibilities
- Instruct one or two courses at the undergraduate level
- Prepare comprehensive course plans and instructional materials
- Monitor student progress and attendance
- Provide academic advising to students
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Division of Social Sciences
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Anthropology, Economics, Finance, History, Political Science, Psychology, Quantitative Social Science, Sociology, or related)
- Experience working with undergraduate students
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring immigration sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching in a liberal arts or honors college environment
- Familiarity with student-centered, individualized curricula
