Responsibilities
- Lead class lectures, instructional activities, and classroom discussions
- Attend all class sessions
- Monitor and address student concerns and inquiries
- Evaluate and grade student work and assessments
- Conduct office hours
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Solid knowledge in distributed computing, UNIX fundamentals, and shell programming
- Experience with Linux, cloud virtualization, and storage systems
- 3+ years of professional experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud
- Knowledge of Python
Preferred Qualifications
- University teaching experience
- Experience configuring Google Cloud Platform services
- Knowledge of Apache Spark and Kubernetes
