Adjunct Instructor - Politics, Society, and Law

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in the Politics, Society, and Law Department for the Fall 2026 semester.
• Deliver instruction for POLS 241 (Introduction to International Politics) or POLS 256 (Introduction to U.S. Politics).
• Contribute to student growth and development through active involvement in student-related co-curricular activities.
• Facilitate learning on the Smithfield, RI campus.

Requirements

• Graduate degree (Master’s, ABD, or Doctorate) in political science or a related field.
• Ability to teach on-site at the Smithfield, RI campus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
