Adjunct Instructor, Performance Studies

Responsibilities

• Conduct and teach assigned undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses and seminars on a part-time basis
• Evaluate student coursework and potentially serve as an academic advisor
• Engage in activities that support the Performance Studies department and the College-Conservatory of Music
• Respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications

Requirements

• Academic degree in an appropriate discipline
• Prior teaching experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex material to students
• Ability to collaborate with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
