Adjunct Instructor of Pharmaceutics

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach one or more assigned courses in Pharmaceutics at the graduate level
• Construct up-to-date syllabi and welcome letters to be posted on the LIU learning platform
• Engage students in critical thinking and encourage breadth and depth of thought regarding course content
• Support students through intellectual and methodological challenges with a high degree of professionalism
• Attend faculty receptions and meetings at the start of the fall and spring semesters
• Ensure timely submission of grades within 48 hours following the last class of the semester

Requirements

• Earned doctorate in a pharmaceutical or related field
• Advanced ABDs or a master's degree with pertinent professional experience will be considered
