Requirements
MS, MEd, or MA, Nutrition or related field, Registered Dietician preferred, College teaching experience, Must reside in MA, CT, WI, DE, TX, VT, or FL, On-campus position
About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach NUSC 300: Advanced Nutrition and Metabolism on campus
- Deliver course content focusing on macronutrient roles in metabolic pathways, responses to feeding and fasting, and disordered metabolism
- Support the undergraduate Applied Exercise Science program and the nutrition minor
Requirements
- MS, MEd, or MA in Nutrition or a related field
- Must reside in one of the following states: MA, CT, WI, DE, TX, VT, or FL
- Ability to teach on-campus in Springfield, MA
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate in Nutrition, Exercise Science, or a related field
- Registered Dietician (RD) credential
- Previous college-level teaching experience
