Adjunct Instructor of Finance

Responsibilities

• Deliver introductory and advanced finance courses through lectures and coaching assignments
• Develop and implement course syllabi following institutional guidelines
• Conduct student assessments, including midterm and final evaluations
• Advise students on both academic progress and career development
• Participate in scholarly activities, research, and program assessment for accreditation
• Utilize learning management systems and educational technology to support instruction
• Maintain professional and timely completion of all teaching and service assignments

Requirements

• Doctorate in finance or a related field with at least 18 graduate credits, or a Master's degree in finance with significant professional experience
• Minimum of two years of finance-related field experience
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in higher education
• Proven experience teaching in both online and in-person modalities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and LinkedIn Learning
• Familiarity with the Jenzabar technology suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with diverse student populations
