About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess, implement, coordinate, and evaluate course curriculum within the Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program
- Develop and coordinate learning resources for students
- Provide direct supervision of nursing students in both clinical sites and classroom settings
- Monitor participant progress continually and provide effective leadership to students
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, disciplines, and departments
- Promote the values, mission, and vision of Marquette University
Requirements
- Master's Degree or substantial progress toward a terminal degree
- Proven clinical expertise in the field of nurse anesthesia
- Strong teaching skills and commitment to excellence in instruction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral degree
- Experience with online teaching for didactic instruction
