Adjunct Instructor - Mathematics

Responsibilities

• Teach various mathematics courses for the Fall 2026 semester at the Chicago campus.
• Deliver instruction in areas such as Statistics, Calculus, College Algebra, Precalculus, or Developmental/co-requisite mathematics.
• Utilize educational technology including Excel, Zoom, and other mathematical software packages.
• Support student learning through diverse instructional methods, including writing in a mathematics context.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Mathematics or a related field for all credit-bearing courses.
• Bachelor's Degree for non-credit-bearing courses.
• Expertise in one or more of the following: Statistics, Calculus, College Algebra, Precalculus, or Developmental mathematics.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of prior experience teaching at the university level.
• Experience working with at-risk and/or first-generation college students.
