About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach various mathematics courses for the Fall 2026 semester at the Chicago campus.
- Deliver instruction in areas such as Statistics, Calculus, College Algebra, Precalculus, or Developmental/co-requisite mathematics.
- Utilize educational technology including Excel, Zoom, and other mathematical software packages.
- Support student learning through diverse instructional methods, including writing in a mathematics context.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Mathematics or a related field for all credit-bearing courses.
- Bachelor's Degree for non-credit-bearing courses.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: Statistics, Calculus, College Algebra, Precalculus, or Developmental mathematics.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-5 years of prior experience teaching at the university level.
- Experience working with at-risk and/or first-generation college students.
