About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop interactive learning activities and deliver lectures or other course content
- Create and assign assessment activities, including homework and tests
- Grade assignments and provide supplemental upper-level assessments for graduate students
- Provide two hours of weekly office-hour time to support student inquiries
- Develop industry-focused short courses and expand current elective course offerings
Requirements
- MS/ME in engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional work experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering
- Significant professional experience in systems engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree or substantial progress toward a terminal degree
- Previous academic and/or professional experience in systems, industrial, or manufacturing engineering
