Adjunct Instructor for Management

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate management courses in various formats, including face-to-face, online, and hybrid delivery methods.
• Maintain regular posted office hours (at least one hour per week per course) at times convenient for students.
• Integrate current technology into the learning environment to enhance student engagement.
• Perform academic administrative duties, such as reporting initial student participation data and submitting final grades on time.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions with students, faculty, staff, and the community.

Requirements

• MBA or a Master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• Five years of substantial management work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate teaching excellence and a student-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Previous experience teaching undergraduate management courses.
• Extensive experience in upper-level executive management.
• Current status as a management practitioner to ensure instructional relevance.
