About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate management courses in various formats, including face-to-face, online, and hybrid delivery methods.
- Maintain regular posted office hours (at least one hour per week per course) at times convenient for students.
- Integrate current technology into the learning environment to enhance student engagement.
- Perform academic administrative duties, such as reporting initial student participation data and submitting final grades on time.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions with students, faculty, staff, and the community.
Requirements
- MBA or a Master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
- Five years of substantial management work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate teaching excellence and a student-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- Previous experience teaching undergraduate management courses.
- Extensive experience in upper-level executive management.
- Current status as a management practitioner to ensure instructional relevance.
