Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, College teaching experience, Residency in MA, CT, WI, DE, TX, VT, or FL, Availability Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach sections of ENGL 226: Creative Writing, an introductory course covering fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction
- Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in teaching students with varied levels of preparation
- Facilitate an engaging learning environment for students exploring different writing genres
Requirements
- Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing (any genre)
- Previous college-level teaching experience
- Must reside in one of the following states: MA, CT, WI, DE, TX, VT, or FL
- Availability to teach on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
