Adjunct Instructor, Fitness/Sports Management

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi
• Develop and utilize various instructional strategies and delivery methods to meet diverse student learning styles
• Foster a safe and civil learning environment for all students
• Inform students regarding course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies
• Monitor, evaluate, and document student attendance, progress, and competency attainment

Requirements

• Master of Physical Education, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health, or Athletic Training
• OR a Master's degree with at least 12 graduate semester credits in a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with diverse individuals from varied backgrounds
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience

Benefits

• Compensation of $1,123 per Equivalent Credit Hour (ECH)
