Adjunct Faculty, Undergraduate Nursing Didactic Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach on-campus didactic courses, including but not limited to Pathophysiology, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics.
• Comply with course syllabi and contribute to syllabus revisions in consultation with the Program Chair.
• Create exams, grade assignments, and provide students with feedback on their performance.
• Provide remedial instruction for students in consultation with the Chair and staff.
• Attend faculty orientation programs and meetings with course coordinators.
• Communicate course and program information to students and faculty via University channels.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Subject matter expertise in the assigned nursing field.
• Demonstrated commitment to the mission of La Salle University.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience in a higher education environment.
