Adjunct Faculty: Spanish

Responsibilities

• Teach beginning Spanish sections (SPA 111 and SPA 112)
• Grade student work and respond to student inquiries via email
• Hold regularly scheduled office hours
• Communicate regularly with the course coordinator
• Utilize Panorama (VHL) and the VHL Supersite for instruction

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Significant professional teaching experience
• Must reside and work from Minnesota or Wisconsin
• High level of intercultural competency
• Commitment to inclusive practice and authentic representation

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant field
• Significant experience teaching Spanish at the college level
• Familiarity with Moodle
