Adjunct Faculty

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction for various business disciplines including Accounting, Health Care Administration, Information Systems Management, Management, Marketing, and Sport Management
• Provide instruction for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program
• Utilize collaborative learning techniques and student-centered methods of instruction
• Engage with students from diverse backgrounds in a multi-ethnic/multicultural environment
• Utilize existing and emerging educational technologies to facilitate learning

Requirements

• Master’s degree in the respective or related area of instruction
• Doctorate degree required for teaching in the MBA program
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to utilize educational technology and online delivery platforms
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include evening or weekend assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal training or previous experience in online course delivery
• Experience with online instruction and digital learning management systems
