Responsibilities

  • Teach resident, online, or hybrid courses within the J.D. and LL.M. programs
  • Maintain a dedication to Christ-centered teaching and learning
  • Demonstrate a record of, or potential for, academic scholarship
  • Deliver instruction at the undergraduate and graduate levels
  • Embrace the University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to the statement of Christian faith

Requirements

  • Earned J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Commitment to Christian faith and the university mission
  • Ability to teach undergraduate-level courses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Admission to the practice of law in at least one state
  • Prior college or law school teaching experience
  • Proficiency with online instructional technology

Benefits

  • Compensation of $100 per credit hour/student, up to $3,000 per course
  • Note: This is a part-time position and is not eligible for standard employee benefits
