Adjunct Faculty, Philosophy

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned philosophy courses on an as-needed basis
• Prepare course materials consistent with departmental learning objectives
• Provide timely grading and feedback to students
• Provide guidance and support to students to foster critical thinking and success

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Philosophy or a closely related field
• Previous experience teaching at the collegiate level
• Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Philosophy
• Willingness to be flexible in class scheduling, including potential evening or weekend sessions
