Adjunct Faculty, Nurse Anesthesia Faculty

Responsibilities

• Teach on-campus didactic courses for various graduate nursing programs, including Psychiatric, Family, and Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner programs, as well as the Doctor of Nursing Practice.
• Comply with course syllabi and contribute to syllabus revisions in consultation with the Program Director and faculty.
• Create exams, grade assignments, and provide students with feedback on their performance and plans for improvement.
• Attend faculty orientation programs and meetings with course coordinators.
• Communicate course and program information to students and clinical faculty using University-approved channels.
• Direct students on course assignments as specified in the syllabus.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Subject matter expertise in relevant nursing fields.
• Demonstrated commitment to the mission of La Salle University.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience in a higher education environment.
