Adjunct Faculty

Responsibilities

• Provide undergraduate instruction for various disciplines within the School of Arts & Sciences
• Integrate faith and academic discipline in a compelling and thoughtful manner
• Support the mission, vision, and Christian liberal arts education of the college
• Engage with students to foster a Christ-centered learning environment

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in the subject area or a closely related field
• Ability to affirm and support the Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith of Montreat College
• Demonstrated support for Christian liberal arts education

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience at the college level
• Expertise in high-need disciplines such as Physics, Cybersecurity, Art, Biology, or Business
