Adjunct Faculty - Math

Responsibilities

• Teach introductory mathematics courses such as Finite Mathematics, Mathematics in Society, Discrete Mathematics, and Precalculus
• Grade student work and respond to student inquiries via email
• Hold regularly scheduled office hours
• Communicate regularly with the course coordinator
• Monitor and report on student course progress

Requirements

• Commitment to student engagement and success with diverse learners
• Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematics Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Or licensure to teach Mathematics in Grades 9-12
• Must reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching at the post-secondary level
• Significant experience teaching at the secondary level
