Adjunct Faculty - MA in Counseling and PhD CES program

Responsibilities

• Teach courses within the Masters of Counseling and the Counselor Education and Supervision (PhD CES) programs
• Demonstrate a dedication to Christ-centered teaching and learning
• Maintain a record of academic scholarship or demonstrate potential for future scholarship
• Utilize online instructional technology to facilitate learning
• Integrate Christian principles into the curriculum and classroom environment
• Embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in counseling or a similar discipline from a CACREP accredited program
• Ability to integrate Christian principles into teaching
• Proficiency with instructional technology such as CANVAS or Blackboard
• Willingness to subscribe to a statement of Christian faith

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level
• Clinical experience in the field of counseling

Benefits

• Compensation of $100 per credit hour/student, up to $3,000 per course
