Adjunct Faculty, International Programs

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person and blended courses on-site at international locations, specifically in the Czech Republic and Vietnam
• Plan course instruction based on approved curriculum, syllabus, and learning outcomes
• Design, administer, and grade course assignments, essays, and exams to assess student achievement
• Uphold and fulfill the mission and philosophy of the College of Business and Health Administration
• Participate in ongoing professional development and USF adjunct faculty training
• Follow outlined travel and expense policies and procedures while on location

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated strength in instructional methodology, delivery, and techniques
• Ability and willingness to travel to international locations to deliver on-site courses
• Demonstrated experience working with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Willingness to support the Catholic and Franciscan values of the University

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D., DBA, JD, or other terminal doctoral degree in management, marketing, finance, supply chain, or international business
• Five years of teaching experience
• Previous experience with face-to-face and online teaching
• Previous experience traveling and teaching in international locations
• Experience using the Canvas Learning Management System
