Adjunct Faculty - Information Systems

Responsibilities

• Teach lecture and laboratory sections for upper-division courses in the Bachelor of Science in Information Systems program
• Develop curricula and maintain department standards
• Communicate effectively with students possessing a wide range of skills and backgrounds
• Support students in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment
• Perform other academic duties as assigned by the Deans

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, or Systems Analysis
• All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Documented experience with applied teaching and learning methodologies
• Ability to teach online courses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends
