Responsibilities

  • Teach Beginning Hmong I (Fall 2026) and Beginning Hmong II (Spring 2027)
  • Grade student work and respond to student inquiries via email
  • Hold regularly scheduled office hours
  • Communicate regularly with the course coordinator
  • Monitor and communicate student course progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Significant professional experience
  • Must reside and work from Minnesota or Wisconsin
  • High level of intercultural competency
  • Commitment to inclusive practice and authentic representation

Preferred Qualifications

  • MA degree
  • BA in a relevant field
  • Significant experience teaching Hmong at the college level
  • Familiarity with Moodle
