Adjunct Faculty - Health & Human Performance

Responsibilities

• Teach specified courses in Kinesiology, Nutrition, or Public Health on an as-needed basis
• Prepare comprehensive course materials and instructional content
• Provide academic support and guidance to students
• Manage student assessments and report grades accurately

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, Public Health, Nutrition and Dietetics, or a closely related discipline
• For nutrition roles: Current registration and maintained status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• For nutrition roles: Active membership in good standing with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
• Relevant professional certifications as applicable to the specific course being taught

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD or ABD in Kinesiology, Public Health, or Nutrition/Dietetics
• Previous higher education teaching experience
• Flexibility regarding class scheduling
