Adjunct Faculty - Graduate Program Nurse

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level nursing courses including Nursing Administration, Applied Research Techniques, and Professional Ethics.
• Supervise Nursing Administration practicums within healthcare settings.
• Deliver instruction in both traditional face-to-face and online learning environments.
• Develop and update curriculum for assigned courses.
• Evaluate student performance based on established syllabus criteria.
• Provide academic advising and maintain regular office hours for students.
• Assist with departmental assessments, meetings, and university promotion.
• Conduct research in a specific field of knowledge and publish findings in professional journals.
• Promote Christian values through teaching methods and student interactions.

Requirements

• Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.
• Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching in a face-to-face or online higher education setting.
