Adjunct Faculty - Education

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Education courses face-to-face on the Henniker, NH campus
• Engage students and facilitate the achievement of course learning outcomes
• Review and grade student work while providing timely and substantive feedback
• Coach struggling students toward academic success
• Provide experiential learning opportunities when possible
• Support and facilitate course signature assessments
• Adhere to State of NH Department of Education teacher preparation standards
• Maintain a twice-a-week, face-to-face classroom presence

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Current New Hampshire State Teaching Certification
• Proven experience in the field of education
• Prior teaching experience with a record of effectiveness
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective pedagogy, curriculum design, and learning outcome alignment
• Availability for daytime (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) face-to-face instruction on the Henniker campus
