Adjunct Faculty - Education Department

Responsibilities

• Teach courses leading to baccalaureate degrees in areas such as Early Childhood Education, Special Education, and Elementary Education
• Provide instruction in reading methods, including both elementary and secondary levels
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse population of students
• Support the university's mission and philosophy through classroom instruction and engagement

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in the specific area of application
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations

Preferred Qualifications

• State Certification in the relevant field of education
• Prior college or university teaching experience
