Adjunct Faculty - Computer Science

Responsibilities

• Teach lectures and laboratories for both computer science majors and non-majors
• Deliver course content using lectures, demonstrations, and class discussions to promote learning
• Prepare course outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, and select appropriate textbooks and teaching aids
• Supervise and maintain computer laboratories and equipment
• Integrate technology into content delivery and assessment techniques

Requirements

• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse population of students
• Knowledge of, and commitment to, the university’s philosophy, mission, and core values

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior college or university teaching experience
