Adjunct Faculty - Computer Science

Responsibilities

• Teach the in-person junior-level Database Systems course (COMP 3600) during the Fall 2026 semester.
• Cover course topics including entity-relationship modeling, relational modeling, normalization, SQL, and relational algebra & calculus.
• Be available for scheduled office hours, which may be held virtually or in-person.
• Utilize provided course materials, including prior syllabi, content, assignments, and exams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, completed by the time of appointment.
• Demonstrated ability to teach Database Systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students and faculty.
